I've been teaching for last 10 years but became aware about the work I do recently. To be specific the awareness came an year ago or so thanks to my mentor Mr Amol Padwad and my Marjon education. Now whenever I go to class all that awareness about learning just falls on me living me confused at times. I see how complicated the job of teaching is! It is exactly what Hoban said - a web. If you touch one you touch everything. I go to class highly motivated but the moment I'm in the faces of the students tell me that I shouldn't be doing what I'm doing. They want highly diluted content.
